Condo Rates
Peak season prices apply to the months of May through August, as well as holidays and events. All guests are required to book for a minimum of three nights, regardless of the season. You can book your vacation through our VRBO page or by inquiry via the form on our Contact Us page. A $500 deposit is due immediately upon signing the contract.
Condo Policies
In order to provide a more comfortable environment, there is a six person limit in regards to overnight guests. If you wish to cancel your vacation, we require handwritten notification. For a full refund, we must recieve handwritten notification thirty days in advance. Unfortuantely, we will be unable to provide refunds within thirty days of the rental date.
